1. Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the "CoCo Gourmet" website at https://hk.coco-gourmet.com (including /en and /zh_HK) and related online services ("the Website") operated by Biophilia Inc. ("the Company"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Language Versions
These Terms are available in Traditional Chinese and English, and both versions have equal legal effect. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
4. Membership Registration and Account Management
You must ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, complete and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and must not transfer or rent your account to others.
5. Orders and Delivery
- Products, prices and delivery conditions shown on the Website apply to Hong Kong unless otherwise stated.
- Once your order is confirmed, the Company will deliver according to the description on the Website or order page.
- In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the Company may delay delivery or cancel the order and refund you.
6. Payment
You shall pay according to the instructions on the order page. The Company does not store your credit card details directly; payment is processed through third-party payment providers.
7. Returns and Refunds
- If a product is defective, damaged or not as described, you may notify the Company within [7 days] of receipt to request an exchange or refund.
- For subscription or regular delivery services, you may cancel or suspend the next delivery by notifying the Company [14 days] in advance, except for first-time trial orders or products marked as non-returnable.
