1. 適用範圍
本使用條款（「本條款」）適用於閣下使用由Biophilia Inc（「本公司」）經營的網站「CoCo Gourmet」網站[https://hk.coco-gourmet.com/zh_HK]及相關線上服務（以下統稱「本網站」）。請在使用本網站前仔細閱讀本條款。閣下使用本網站即表示同意本條款。
2. 語言版本

2. Language Versions
These Terms are available in Traditional Chinese and English, and both versions have equal legal effect. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
