1. What to do if your dog won’t eat
If your dog does not eat CoCo Gourmet, we recommend trying the following methods. Dogs that initially refused may start eating this way.
・Try slightly heating it before feeding
・Add a little hot water to soften before feeding
・Try feeding directly from your hand
・Mix with the food your dog usually eats and gradually adjust the ratio
2. Try all flavors
The CoCo Gourmet trial set contains two products (chicken and pork).
Did your dog refuse to eat both flavors?
You can also change your subscription to include only one of them. We would be grateful if you could try both flavors first.

3. If your dog experiences health changes after eating CoCo Gourmet
・Diarrhea or vomiting
When switching to different food, suddenly giving a large amount of unfamiliar food may cause diarrhea or vomiting due to changes in gut environment.
Therefore, we recommend gradually changing the food over about a week. Since CoCo Gourmet is an additive-free handmade meal, for dogs not used to homemade food, we also recommend transitioning gradually over about a week.
・Softer stools
Many dog foods contain “coagulants.”
As the name suggests, coagulants serve to harden stools, reduce the risk of diarrhea, and make cleaning easier.
However, CoCo Gourmet does not include coagulants, as we want dogs to “eat as naturally as possible.”
As a result, stools may be softer compared to other dog foods. A healthy stool should not be watery, can be picked up with tissue, and should have a slightly moist consistency.
If vomiting or soft stools persist even after adjusting the feeding amount or method, please consult your veterinarian immediately.

Regarding the delivery method, we can also arrange for SF Express delivery.
Since this is a cross-border shipment from Japan, the process differs from usual and will proceed as follows:
1. We will set your address as the recipient and ship from Japan (it is not possible to specify an SF pickup location).
2. After dispatch, we will provide you with the tracking number.
3. As the recipient, you will need to submit a request to SF Hong Kong to change the pickup location, providing the tracking number.
4. Once the request is approved, you will be able to pick up your parcel at the specified location.
If you wish to use SF Express for future deliveries, please select 'Change Regarding Delivery' in this form and submit your request.
