Before you cancel — a few tips
1. If your dog is hesitant
Try gentle warming, a little warm water, hand-feeding, or mixing gradually with their current food. Many dogs accept it over about a week.
2. Try both trial flavours
The trial includes two recipes. If one was refused, the other may still work — you can also change your subscription to a single recipe.

3. Stool or tummy changes
Switching foods quickly can cause soft stool or vomiting. CoCo Gourmet has no coagulants, so stools may be softer than on kibble — this can be normal. If symptoms persist, contact your vet.

SF Express is available for Hong Kong. Because we ship from Japan, the flow differs from local SF: we ship to your home address first, then you request a pickup-point change with SF Hong Kong using the tracking number we provide.
