1. Solutions if your dog doesn't eat
If your dog doesn’t eat CoCo Gourmet, we recommend trying the following methods. Dogs who initially don’t eat might start eating.
・Try warming the food slightly before serving
・Mix in a little hot water to soften the food before feeding
・Try feeding directly from the owner's hand
・Mix with the food your dog has been eating and gradually change the ratio
2. Try all flavors
The CoCo Gourmet trial set includes two products (chicken and pork).
Did your dog refuse both flavors?
It is possible to change the contents of the regular delivery to only one of them, so if possible, we would appreciate it if you could try both flavors.

3. If your dog experiences changes in physical condition after eating CoCo Gourmet
・Diarrhea or Vomiting
If you give your dog food that is different from its usual meals, a sudden large amount of unfamiliar food may cause diarrhea or vomiting due to changes in the gut environment.
Therefore, it is recommended to gradually change the food over the course of about a week. Since CoCo Gourmet is handmade and additive-free, we recommend a gradual transition over a week for dogs that are not used to homemade meals.
・Soft Stools
Many dog foods use “solidifying agents.”
As the name suggests, solidifying agents play a role in firming the stool, reducing the chance of diarrhea, and making it easier to clean up your dog’s toilet area.
However, CoCo Gourmet does not use solidifying agents because we want your dog to eat in a way that is as close to natural as possible.
Therefore, compared to other dog foods, the stool may become softer. Healthy stool should not be too loose, can be easily picked up with a tissue, and ideally, has a moist texture.
However, if vomiting or soft stools continue even after changing the amount or method of feeding, please promptly consult your veterinarian.

Regarding the delivery method, we can also arrange for SF Express delivery.
Since this is a cross-border shipment from Japan, the process differs from usual and will proceed as follows:
1. We will set your address as the recipient and ship from Japan (it is not possible to specify an SF pickup location).
2. After dispatch, we will provide you with the tracking number.
3. As the recipient, you will need to submit a request to SF Hong Kong to change the pickup location, providing the tracking number.
4. Once the request is approved, you will be able to pick up your parcel at the specified location.
If you wish to use SF Express for future deliveries, please select 'Change Regarding Delivery' in this form and submit your request.
