Returns, exchanges, cancellations Subscription cancellation
Contact us via the support form or customer support. If you call at least 7 days before the next order confirmation date, billing can stop from the next cycle. Pro‑rata refunds are not offered.

Refunds & exchanges
For wrong items, defects, or damage, we will exchange for an equivalent product if you contact us within the return window. Returned food cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Full refunds may apply when all campaign conditions are met (including purchase from the stated campaign page, within the application period, first delivery to an address, etc.). Details are provided on the relevant campaign page.

Re-shipment due to customer reasons
If a parcel returns because of absence, refusal, or similar, a delivery and handling charge (e.g. 2,200 JPY tax included per parcel in Japan-origin operations) may apply for any follow-up shipment. See checkout and support communications for HK-specific amounts.
Return / claim window Defect exchanges: contact within 7 days of arrival. Full-refund campaigns: within the period stated on the campaign page (often 15 days from arrival unless otherwise specified).
Return shipping We do not accept discretionary returns except where a defect or campaign terms apply.
